Step 1 – Download the HVAC service invoice in its Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) format
Step 2 – Start the invoice with the date and follow it with your company’s contact details if necessary.

Step 1 – Download the Microsoft Excel (.xls) format of the HVAC invoice.
Step 2 – The topmost portion of the HVAC proposal template should indicate the name of the company and followed by its address and phone number. The top right corner is reserved for the invoice number; and on the Bill To section, enter the name and contact information of the client.
Step 3 – On the top left portion of the table requires the input of the work location, the attending technician, work type, and the date when the job is conducted.

For the materials, indicate the quantity and unit price. For the labor, provide the number of hour consumed and hourly rate. Calculate the variables to come up with the total of each labor and material.
Step 5 – For the Environment Checklist, indicate the parts that have been recovered, reclaimed, or recycled. Provide the type, quantity and total work cost of each mentioned part.
Step 6 – Provide a specific description of the work you conducted. This helps the client understand your service better. If you have recommendations regarding the proper operation of the equipment, also indicate it in the provided space.
Step 7 – For the quickbooks estimate templates, summarize all types of expenses on the bottom right of the invoice. This includes parts, labor, miscellaneous charges, recover, and taxes. Determine the grand total by adding all figures involved.
